Zoe started the company in 2006 with a belief that businesses would benefit from external marketing support with a deep understanding of their commercial considerations. She has helped a number of clients and enjoyed expanding the company to serve companies in a variety of sectors. Prior to starting the company, Zoe ran European marketing for Deluxe Media Services (at that time part of the Rank Group) working with both corporate and entertainment industry clients.

Victoria provides project management and high level administrative support. She has worked on a number of complex website projects and has a dedication to detail that helps to bring projects to a successful conclusion. Prior to joining ZB Ltd, Victoria worked in a number of customer-facing, administrative roles at Kier Group and various research companies. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business from LMU.
